This Privacy Policy explains how ViaVerro collects, uses, and discloses personal data when you visit viaverro.com, use the contact form, or interact with consent and analytics tooling on the site.
This page was reviewed against the current repository implementation and is intended to describe the services that are actually configured on the site as of April 4, 2026.
1. Scope & Updates
This policy covers website delivery, bot protection, consent management, analytics, and contact-form processing for ViaVerro's marketing site. If ViaVerro changes the active vendor stack, the policy should be updated before the new service is relied on in production.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, ViaVerro may collect:
- Information you provide directly: contact-form details such as name, email address, company, state, industry, location type, card-volume selections, payment stack selections, the problem category you choose, and any additional message you submit.
- Usage and technical data: page views, page location, page title, referrer, browser type, device information, IP address, and related request metadata.
- Consent and security data: consent preferences, Turnstile verification token data, and technical signals used to distinguish legitimate traffic from abuse.
3. How We Use Information
ViaVerro uses this information to:
- Operate, deliver, and secure the website and its hosting environment.
- Review, route, and respond to contact-form submissions.
- Measure site usage and successful lead submissions using analytics tools.
- Store and respect consent preferences for non-essential technologies.
- Detect spam, bots, abuse, and suspicious submission activity.
4. Consent, Cookies & Similar Technologies
ViaVerro uses iubenda to manage consent choices and to help block non-essential technologies until the relevant choice has been expressed. The current implementation also enables Google Consent Mode so Google Analytics can respond to the preference state captured through the consent tooling.
Some technologies are strictly necessary to deliver or protect the site, including core Cloudflare infrastructure and Turnstile for contact-form abuse prevention. Those features may still operate even if you decline non-essential analytics cookies.
You can change your cookie and consent preferences through the site's consent controls, and you can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site behave.
5. Third-Party Services
The following services are active in the current implementation:
Cloudflare
Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
Purpose: Traffic delivery, hosting, distribution, caching, and security for the website and contact endpoint.
Personal Data processed:
- IP address and request path
- Browser, device, and request header metadata
- Network, TLS, and security telemetry needed to serve and protect the site
Trackers:
- Strictly necessary security or performance cookies and similar technologies may be used by Cloudflare depending on the edge features involved.
ViaVerro is deployed on Cloudflare Pages, and the contact submission endpoint runs on Cloudflare Pages Functions.
Because all traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, Cloudflare receives and processes request data before content is returned to your browser.
References:
Cloudflare Turnstile
Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
Purpose: Spam and bot protection for the contact form.
Personal Data processed:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Security, challenge, and browser fingerprinting signals used to distinguish humans from automated traffic
- Turnstile token and associated site/origin metadata
Trackers:
- Security-related challenge signals and, depending on configuration, strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies.
Turnstile loads on the contact page only. A submission is not accepted unless the returned Turnstile token is verified server-side.
This means contact form submissions are screened for abuse before ViaVerro processes the message.

iubenda Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution
Provider: iubenda s.r.l.
Purpose: Consent management, prior blocking of non-essential scripts, and consent record handling.
Personal Data processed:
- Consent choices and preference state
- Consent timestamp and policy configuration identifiers
- Technical identifiers used to remember privacy choices
- Language and banner configuration metadata
Trackers:
- Consent and preference cookies or similar client-side storage used to remember privacy choices.
ViaVerro loads iubenda scripts in the document head to present the consent banner and to keep consent-dependent behavior consistent across the site.
The current configuration enables Google Consent Mode so Google Analytics can respect the choices expressed through the banner.

Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited
Purpose: Analytics and measurement of site usage and successful contact-form conversions.
Personal Data processed:
- Page views and engagement events
- Pseudonymous analytics identifiers and analytics cookies, subject to consent
- Browser, device, referrer, and page metadata
- Successful lead-submission event data such as page location and page title
- IP-derived approximate location; Google states that IP addresses are used at collection time and discarded before logging
Trackers:
- Analytics cookies and similar identifiers, subject to the consent choices you express through the site.
ViaVerro loads the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and uses it to measure page usage and a successful contact-form `generate_lead` event.
The current codebase does not load a Google Ads identifier (`AW-...`), DoubleClick remarketing tags, or dedicated Google Ads conversion calls.

Mail Room @ Ruphware / Zoho SMTP
Provider: Ruphware / Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
Purpose: Email delivery for contact-form submissions.
Personal Data processed:
- Contact-form details you choose to submit, including name, email, company, state, industry, location type, payment-stack details, and any free-text message
- Reply-to email address and message metadata needed to queue, relay, and deliver the email
Trackers:
- No mail-delivery tracker is loaded in your browser by this site; the transfer happens server-side only after form submission.
If you submit the contact form successfully, ViaVerro sends the submission to Mail Room @ Ruphware, a Ruphware-operated delivery service hosted at `mailroom.ruphware.com`.
Mail Room records delivery state in Cloudflare-managed storage and relays the message through Zoho SMTP to ViaVerro's configured contact inbox only after a valid, verified form submission.
